"Good customer service even with a delivery hiccup!!"
My order showed up with a couple of damaged pieces, which was definitely annoying!! But I messaged them and they replied quickly!!! They sent out replacements without turning it into a whole hassle, which I really appreciated. I guess stuff happens during delivery, but they handled it really well!! I’d still order from them again!!!

"Great First Impression and Good Value"
My first impression when the cabinet arrived was that it looked better than I expected for the price. It did take a little while to put together, but it wasn’t anything too stressful. Once it was up, it looked really nice in the room and felt surprisingly sturdy. I’ve seen similar cabinets for quite a bit more elsewhere, so I’m really pleased with this one. Overall, good value and I’d happily buy from Laura James again.

"Nice looking cabinet for the price"
I got this storage cabinet from Laura James mostly because I liked the style of it. It’s got a clean, modern look without being too much, and the colour was close to what I saw in the photos. The design is really nice for the price, simple but not boring, and it actually fits with my other furniture better than I thought it would. I’m giving it 4 stars just because a few small details could be finished a bit better, but overall I’m happy with how it looks...

I was ready to be annoyed because packages show up damaged way too often, but this one actually came really well packed. Nothing was broken, dented, or messed up, which was a relief. It looks exactly like it’s supposed to, and I’m genuinely happy with the condition it arrived in

I had a question about my order and reached out to Laura James customer service. Of course it happened at the worst possible time for me, so I was already a bit stressed, but they replied quickly and got everything sorted without turning it into a big ordeal. It was nice dealing with actual helpful people. Bad timing aside, they made the whole thing way easier than I expected, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Good value, thankfully no checkout surprises"
I was shopping around for a new cabinet and, to be fair, Laura James was cheaper than most of the other places I looked. The delivery cost was reasonable too, which was a nice change from those sites that suddenly bump the price up at checkout. The quality is actually decent for what I paid. As long as the prices stay sensible, I’d probably buy from them again.

I got the tracking link soon after placing my order, and it updated properly the whole way through. I could see exactly when it was out for delivery, and it arrived right when it said it would. there was no hassle at all, I’m happy with the experience and would be fine ordering again.

Laura James Q&A
I ordered a garden sofa which is my first from this brand. Today is the last day of the delivery window and having heard nothing I phoned yesterday to be told there is an issue with the warehouse but no update on when it will arrive. I am now concerned I have been scammed. The 2025 reviews here seem very poor. It feels like they are not a good company. Does anyone know more? I think I should try to cancel my order
